Marissa Ford is a VILS Coach in the Houston Independent School District. She has a master's in Educational Technology Leadership and is pursuing a master's in Digital Learning and Leading. She has served as an elementary Math and Science teacher and as a New Teacher Coach. With a passion of education through engagement, rigor through relationships and curriculum through culture, she empowers teachers, leaders and students to know themselves and grow themselves by finding purpose in their teaching and learning.
