Stretch Yoga, Breathing, Meditation
Thank you for joining Molly Knepper (200 RYT) for a 30 minute mindful movement yoga session. This mildly stimulating Hatha yoga class will offer a few different yoga poses and breathing techniques to help awaken the mind and prepare the body for a day of mindful learning. The poses will focus on the parts of the body primarily affected by sitting, (neck, shoulders, low back, hip flexors to name a few), while the breathing techniques will help to focus the mind on the present moment. This session is both beginner friendly and expert welcome.  Please come prepared with a mat, or something similar, to practice on and some water to drink. Feel free to use props if you are familiar with how to integrate them into your practice safely.

All participates must complete a waiver form.

Speed Networking
We want you to leave Coach Camp feeling supported and having made connections with your fellow coaches. Therefore, each day we will spend some time getting to know each other and building relationships. We will be using the virtual event platform Remo to facilitate these virtual networking sessions and emulate an in-person event as closely as possible.

During the networking session on Day 1, you will have the opportunity to move around to different tables within our virtual coffee shop meeting and learning more about your fellow coaches through a series of not-so-cringe-worthy ice breakers and team-building activities.

Let the fun begin!

Hybrid Coaching
Coaching can be captivating in a normal year, but add in hybrid or remote models and it is a whole different ballgame! In this session, resources and strategies will be pitched to coaches to support incorporating these four leadership qualities into their coaching role: Manager, Modeler, Motivator, and Maximizer. Hit a home run and explore how each of these qualities can work together as a whole to support coaches, staff, and students. The focus of this presentation is on hybrid coaching, but these skills will work with in-person as well as remote coaching. Don't strike out by skipping this session!

Whole Group Interactive Session and Closing: Coaching Cycle and TIM-C
The Technology Integration Matrix (TIM) was developed to help guide the complex task of evaluating technology integration in the classroom. It provides a common vocabulary for pedagogically sound technology integration for teachers, school leaders, coaches, researchers, evaluators, and professional development facilitators. We will explore the TIM-Coaching Tool (TIM-C) and how coaches can leverage it to support and document all elements of their coaching work: coaching cycles, goal setting, planning and monitoring coaching activities, recording outcomes, and reflecting on the process. We will specifically address coaching cycles and how to enter into them in this session. This is Part 1 of a three-part series on TIM-C and coaching cycles. The following two sessions will occur after Coach Camp.

- Equity as a mindset

In this Keynote, you will hear from Sara Crawford, Deputy Director of Professional Learning, and Jillian Doggett, Associate Director of Professional Learning at Verizon Innovative Learning Schools, on the Coach's role in catalyzing change and the strategies coaches can employ to achieve these six elements within their schools and districts.

How To Support Teacher Well-being As A Coach
High levels of stress are affecting teacher health and overall well-being, resulting in teacher burnout, lack of engagement, job dissatisfaction, poor performance, and even teacher turnover. If a teacher is unable to manage their own stress adequately, their instructions suffer, ultimately impacting student well-being and achievement. It's time that we prioritize staff wellness. Grounded in research and trauma-informed pratices, coaches will explore the conditions of chronic stress on the brain and discover strategies for supporting teachers' social and emotional competencies at school and beyond.
