Thank you for joining Molly Knepper (200 RYT) for a 30 minute mindful movement yoga session. This mildly stimulating Hatha yoga class will offer a few different yoga poses and breathing techniques to help awaken the mind and prepare the body for a day of mindful learning. The poses will focus on the parts of the body primarily affected by sitting, (neck, shoulders, low back, hip flexors to name a few), while the breathing techniques will help to focus the mind on the present moment. This session is both beginner friendly and expert welcome.  Please come prepared with a mat, or something similar, to practice on and some water to drink. Feel free to use props if you are familiar with how to integrate them into your practice safely.

All participates must complete a waiver form.
