VILS Coach Camp

Coaching can be captivating in a normal year, but add in hybrid or remote models and it is a whole different ballgame! In this session, resources and strategies will be pitched to coaches to support incorporating these four leadership qualities into their coaching role: Manager, Modeler, Motivator, and Maximizer. Hit a home run and explore how each of these qualities can work together as a whole to support coaches, staff, and students. The focus of this presentation is on hybrid coaching, but these skills will work with in-person as well as remote coaching. Don't strike out by skipping this session!
